Sickle Cell Foundation of MN (SickleCellMN) is the ONLY sickle cell community-based organization in the state of Minnesota. We are also a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit organization. Our Mission: Improving the lives of individuals and communities affected by sickle cell disease and sickle cell trait through education, advocacy, equitable access, and community empowerment. Our Values: Strong Individuals, Healthy Communities and Equitable Access to Expert Care. We exist to provide education, support, and advocacy to the sickle cell community as we give a face, a voice, and an elevated purpose to a community of warriors who have been under-served and ignored for far too long!
