We aquired the Bellevue Schoolhouse property in 2025 with the intent to save the 1917 school from ruins and bring it back to life for everyone to once again enjoy. The plan is to fully restore this 2-room Schoolhouse back to as close to original as possible and open it up to the public as an event center to host weddings, corporate events, parties, wine tasting, beer pop ups, etc, etc. History of the school and its other uses will be presented in a museum like fashion on the walls with original artifacts from the school and surrounding property. The 2500 sq ft historic barn on the property will be converted to a chapel for weddings with an amazing view of the surrounding hills and farmland. This entire process will be fully documented through videos that will be uploaded throughout. Some of the videos to come are: land clearing with goats, landscapers, adding a new septic system, new well, sales and donations of the amazing items inside the Schoolhouse and barn, other finds, etc, etc.
