I say this a lot in video descriptions and other stuff but people most probably don't know what they mean so here's a Word Bank Thing That Idk What to Call™ to tell you what these words mean :3333. KOM: KOM stands for Kick Off Meeting which is the very first build for the game and is the first stage of developing the game FPP: FPP/FP2015(only for WD2 term) means First Playable Prototype (or First Prototype) which is the second stage for the game and is halfway through development.
