Bloncoe Velli (born August 9, 1994) is a rapper, poet, writer, activist, and director from New Orleans, Louisiana. Known for her raw lyricism, bold voice, and unapologetic power, she blends real-life storytelling with the soul of her city.
Raised in New Orleans and later relocated to Birmingham, Alabama after Hurricane Katrina, Bloncoe Velli returned to her hometown stronger, using her art to speak truth, inspire change, and uplift her people. Her music and poetry are fueled by resilience, spirituality, and the fire of survival.
