In 2013 Searching In Silence was formed in the heart of Melbourne. It was the collective ideas of the entire band to create a sound that captured all the influences the members had and produce music that was both relatable but also unique. After a year of writing Searching In Silence released their EP Old Law early 2014, The EP is the hard work and effort from the band to make the best music possible. Old Law is something we are proud of and had the honour of working with the Fonz from Attila. Unfortunately after the recording had been done, there was a departure of both guitarists who decided to leave in search of other ambitions. Despite this there has now been an addition of two new guitarist and a synth player to the band, With this new solid line up Searching In Silence are looking forward to writing new music and playing shows in our home state and all around the country to solidify our status in the Australian hardcore scene.
