After 20 years in the advertising, branding, and digital industries, I followed a passion for food and became an award-winning chef and restauranteur whilst simultaneously losing every penny of wealth I had ever accumulated, not that there was much to lose. For the last couple of years, I've been obsessed with creating a new global food economy connecting the world's small scale farmers and makers with a new young tech-enabled audience.
