Jesse Rankins is a multi-faceted singer, songwriter, musician and producer born and raised in Alabama. He has produced for artists such as Beyoncé, Solange, Trin-I-Tee 5:7 and was a member of the Dove Award winning, Grammy-nominated production trio, The Bama Boyz. Jesse has collaborated with everyone from The Dream, Slushii and Afrojack to Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, T.I. and Pharrell. In 2012, The Bama Boyz evolved into soultronic collective WATCH THE DUCK. With WTD, Jesse released the EP, 'Anatidaephobia '(2013) ft. Trinidad James; 'Don’t Watch Me' Mixtape (2014) ft. T.I., Busta Rhymes, Trae The Truth, Kat Dahlia, & collabs w/ producer Tricky Stewart and songwriter Cee-Lo; 'The Trojan Horse' (2017) ft. Steve Aoki, Pharrell Williams, T.I., AfroJack, Schoolboy Q, & Candace Pillay in partnership w/ Dim Mak and 'Delayed Adulthood' (2018) released by IAmOther ft. The Dream. Jesse released his first solo project “Ijuswannaheal” as LOVE JESSE in 2022 returning to his blues/gospel/funk roots.
