Hey everyone, We originally built this channel as a kind of “Med School for the Public,” turning complex health topics into simple whiteboard videos. Then I got an unexpected call from Apple, and spent the next decade helping build health products and creating health education behind the scenes.Many of the whiteboards continued, but they lived inside Apple and never made it to YouTube. Now, after ten amazing years, I’m back. I’ve launched Evans Health Lab, a Substack where I share thoughtful (and hopefully occasionally funny) essays on the science of healthy aging, health, and how to stay functional as the years add up and the joints get a little squeakier.
