One of central Florida’s most active musicians. Chris Ryals has played 3-5 shows a week for over 15 years. Started off with the band Rosedale in the underground scene with bands like A Day to Remember and Underoath. Then went on to form the metal band Become the Catalyst. Next came the band Under the Covers. Playing in both the original and cover circuit, at that time in Ocala was the youngest band playing covers in bars. Later on formed Chris Ryals Band, releasing the album "Fairytales". They went on to open for bands like Puddle of Mud, Crazy Town, Saliva and the backing band for legendary Motown singer Bunny DeBarge. Chris is also Owner/Operator of MixHouse Productions, which offers studio recording, live sound, lighting, video and audio production. Chris has also established himself as one of the most popular music instructors in Ocala. Teaching at Guitar Center now for over 10 years, he has taught 100’s of students.
