The National Asian Pacific American Women's Forum, Arizona Chapter, is building a movement to advance social justice and human rights for Asian American and Pacific Islander women and girls in the United States. On January 10, 2016 our chapter held a storytelling event: "We Are Proud Immigrants: Asian American and Pacific Islander Women Tell Their Stories." Sponsored by Arizona Humanities, the event highlighted voices of AAPI women around the immigrant experience. Five of those stories are featured below.
