Summoners are a Portsmouth-based alternative rock band backed by BBC Introducing, who in 2025 described them as “truly a once in a generation new rock band that are destined for a bright and stratospheric future" during 7 features in six months, during their release cycle for their critically acclaimed singles and debut EP No Control released in the first six months of 2025. Live, Summoners have moved quickly from support slots to headline shows, culminating in a BBC Introducing-backed, sold-out EP launch and earning a reputation for intense, high-impact performances. Now recording new material, the band are entering 2026 fulfilling early “next big thing” predictions from rock tastemakers as they take their next significant step forward.
