HOMIE: Definition; An acquaintance from one's town or neighborhood, or a member of one's peer group or gang. Your vibe attracts your tribe. This is saying that I live by and run my business by. I love working with people who fit into my tribe, who become my homie's. Im not the blazer wearing or nice foreign car driving real estate agent. That just isn't my vibe. I'm more of the joggers, sneakers and t-shirt kinda agent. I run my business by being 100% authentically me without fear of it hurting my business or reputation. Yes Im going to say cuss words, not because my lack of vocabulary usage or lower than average intelligence. Simply because that's how I talk and how I express myself. From an appearance standpoint I get it. I look like a buyer not a real estate agent but I like to be comfortable when Im assisting people in their biggest purchase of their lives. None of this hinder my abilities to perform at a high level when it comes to all things real estate. LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
