Usein Bekirov – is a Ukrainian Crimean Tatar composer, pianist, violinist, arranger, sound producer and bandleader. Usein Bekirov collaborates with both foreign musicians: Mike Stern (USA), Sarp Maden (Turkey), Hadrien Feraud (France), Bogdan Humeniuk (USA), and Ukrainian: Igor Zakus, Dennis Adu, Jamala, Tina Karol, Taisiya Povaliy, Eduard Prystupa (Dilya) and others. He also regularly performs with such groups as "Kyiv Soloists", "Ethnovation", "Oakmen", Mr Bekirov is the author of music for a number of films. Usein Bekirov writes and performs music in the styles of funk, fusion and ethno-jazz. Its compositions include folk melodies of Crimean Tatars, Ukrainians, Azerbaijani, Indian and Balkan folklore. We present to you a new composition by Ukrainian Crimean Tatar jazz pianist and composer Usein Bekirov that called "Maalouf Song". It is dedicated to the outstanding contemporary trumpet player, French-Lebanese musician Ibrahim Maalouf, who also took part in the recording.
