IceTre is an American song-writer, record producer, & musician. In 2010, he founded his own record label and distribution company, Blazington Music Group. The record label has released over 30+ projects since the label became active. in 2014, Blazington Music Group became integrated into EMPIRE under a distribution deal. By their deal, EMPIRE was to handle all releases while Blazington Music Group was to deal with promotion. The San Francisco-based record distributor signed a deal in 2018 with major label Universal Music Group (UMG), The deal proved beneficial for IceTre and Blazington Music Group as they were able to secure ties from not only Universal Music Group and EMPIRE but from Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG) as well. This allowed songwriters register and established under Blazington Music Group to receive backing on select artist projects that would benefit from major label backing, unique approaches to distribution, digital sales, promotion and marketing.
