Power FTP (For The People) is a private independent investment initiative that aims to design and build Baltimore’s future leaders. With an emphasis on character, work ethic, and educational development, Power FTP intends to change the culture within the Baltimore community for the better. Power is led by individuals whose mission is to make positive contributions to the community in which they live. They understand the obstacles encountered by youth and what needs to be done to remove those obstacles. Education, character, work ethic, and confidence, are the levers to uplift the Baltimore Community. Work must be guided by intelligence. The youth today must be tutored in thought and culture. The education of the community is worth more than the money.
