Pirate Radio is a new cross-genre, alternative dance music project comprised of Brian Taylor & Karan Mehra that combines deep, disco and progressive house & trance with improvised guitars. The project began with a serendipitous meeting in NYC after Karan and Brian moved to the city and set out to explore the indigenous musical landscape. Their collaboration organically evolved from impromptu late-night acoustic guitar jams into even more late-night electronic house parties, with Karan on the decks and Brian on the guitars & keys, to create a unique fusion that keeps audiences dancing for hours.
