This seven piece band from Cape Town's deep-south is on a mission to heat up dance-floors across South Africa while leaving a trail of fun and entertainment behind them. The Swingsetters provide a collection of original and covered music alternating between the styles of swing, blues and rock & roll. The light-hearted lyrics and upbeat instrumentation has seen the band well-received at a variety of events including weddings, garden parties and 21sts while still maintaining a strong presence at local entertainment venues. Formed in 2009, the band is made up of seven highly trained and accomplished musicians who have all had success in local and UK based bands.
