I have been playing guitar since 1977 when I was inspired by 4 outrageous guys named Kiss. I got the Kiss Originals song book and have never looked back. Around the same time, Thin Lizzy, Ted Nugent, Triumph, Max Webster and Others influenced my playing styles. I progressed on to Rush later in the 70's and on into the 80's. I discovered Metallica in the early 1990's and my playing contniued to progress. Since that time I have been influenced by Slipknot and have discovered Iron Maiden and Slayer...better late than never. I play a bit of bass and drums and can play a diverse array of guitar styles but prefer the power and the holding a tiger by the tail feeling of metal...see the beginning of World Painted blood where I am barely containing my Suped up Les Paul studio!
