A little about me:
I fell in love with yoga after my 4 year collegiate volleyball journey. My mat brought me a space that let me just be. Post college, I received my 200 hour yoga teacher training and have been teaching ever since. My yogis thus far have ranged from professional men's and women's basketball players to individuals just starting their yoga journey.
My Background:
I am so proud to come from a mixed family, my father is from Nigeria and my mother from America. They have shown me the importance of acceptance and celebration of who you are, no matter the color of your skin.
On my channel:
You will find yoga! As I continue to grow my channel I will have videos for yogis of all levels, backgrounds, body types, sexual orientations. My goal is to be completely inclusive and to celebrate you for being you. Because you're exceptional
