A classical collaborate collective. We are Ikaros, an ensemble of musicians and colleagues who bring classical concerts into concert venues and the Chicago community around us. Our core members-- Hobart Shi, Julian Ng, Sava Velkoff, Ben Duke, Sarah Van Waes, Olivia Moyer, Justin Pasquil, and Julian Hae Yoon Kwoun-- collaborate with a breadth of other instrumentalists to create memorable experiences for our audiences. Our goal? To make the classical genre we are so connected to more accessible and fun for a wider audience.
