God designed our minds and bodies for healing which was part of our design. I talk about mental health on this channel and also dive into health and our bodies. Don’t get stuck in the trauma or wounds that we let affect our future. God wants complete healing but it’s a process. Identity is key in knowing who you are and then walking in that authority.
