Wausau's oldest operating craft brewery, with emphasis placed on traditional lagers and ales, made in the European tradition. Lagers are made to style, resulting in authentic beers, with many including purely German ingredients. Our philosophy stresses that our products are "brewed true." Visit the tap room, open Monday through Friday 4:00 - close and Saturday 1:00 - close. The flagship beer is 5 Star Ale, patterned after a popular English Ale. Others are Holzhacker Lager, Nut Brown Ale, Midnight Star Lager, Hop Worthy IPA, Oatmeal Stout, and Irish Red Ale. Limited time offerings are Oktoberfest, Bock Lager, Hefeweizen, Bourbon Barrel-Aged Oatmeal Stout and Marathon Lager. Bull Falls Brewery beers are sold in grocery stores in the form of refrigerated cans. This characteristic allows for quick chilling and keeps light from changing the flavor.
