MoGuitar is fronted by veteran guitarist Gordy Pettipas who has over 25 years of performing experience and has traveled the country making music. The influences heard in the music of his band MoGuitar are many and eclectic. His work over the past 25 years includes opening for or performing with such acts as: Pat Travers, Brian Howe, Odell Reed, Michelle Blackmon, Actor Comedian Bill Murray, Eric Gales, Ray Drew, Little Milton, Luther Guitar Jr Johnson and more.
MoGuitar is a soul blues - funk blues- blues rock power trio that runs the gamut of styles from east coast to west coast, Texas to Chicago. From the subtle playing of BB King to fierce powerhouse playing of Stevie Ray Vaughan, MoGuitar does it all with passion.
