This channel is devoted to two educational goals:
(1) teaching the concepts, science and software tools of Industrial Engineering to non-Industrial Engineers who are CI (Continuous Improvement) practitioners with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TOC, Operational Excellence, etc.
and
(2) teaching how to adopt, adapt and extend Lean practices to high-mix low-volume (HMLV) manufacturing, especially job shops.
