Brothers Brían and Diarmuid Mac Gloinn collaborate with multi instrumentalist Alain Mac Fadden and contemporary classical players Caimin Gilmore (double bass) and Kate Ellis (cello) to create music that blends modern song-writing and new arrangements of traditional music. Blood harmony, ambient synths, harmonium and contemporary classical strings combine to give Ye Vagabonds the distinct sound for which they have become known. They have released four studio albums (Ye Vagabonds, The Hares Lament, Nine Waves, All Tied Together) and tour widely across the globe.
