I'm a London born, former chef who's cultivating some of the tastiest, rarest and unusual fruit and vegetable varieties from around the world.
Being a chef I have a curious and creative mindset when it comes to growing my own food. This has been the catalyst for me seeking out all kinds of exciting heritage varieties, so I can experiment with new flavours, colours and textures in the kitchen.
I believe fewer things are more rewarding in life than tending to a plant from seed to harvest, I'm certain once you taste the delicious flavours of homegrown heirloom produce you'll be hooked.
I switched my hometown of London for the ancient woodlands of the New Forest to pursue my quest for a more wholesome and natural lifestyle. My aim is to show how achievable it is to grow food, regenerate soil and provide vital habitat for thousands of species on piece of land the size of the average UK garden.
