The starfish extract absorbs chloride ions, which is the main environmental damaging factor, thereby using ECO-ST minimizes the environment getting damaged.
Also, through the strong storing and releasing mechanism of the starfish extract interacting with corrosion inhibitors, corrosion inhibit performance improved by 29 times(0.8% vs NaCl) while only using 1/3 of the corrosion inhibitors compared with other competitors.
