This channel is an outlet for the audio/visual creativity of Ammon EP and collaborators. I have been a musician and artist most of my life. I picked up kaleidoscopic design in 2009 and have been utilizing it with an organic emphasis in my more recent work. After spending years as a DJ and producer, I stepped away from larger scale audio production, in favor of bass/guitar improvisation and looping. The intention being to simply capture a moment in time, and to appreciate that moment, without the need to add additional layers. That intention, mixed with my artwork has become a very insightful and meditative combination. Creating films out of improvised guitar playing and kaleidoscopic visuals has become a very fitting combination. I am constantly making more of these images by photographing plants and random objects while walking outside. A number of these images I then vectorize to then print in a variety of ways.
