Plant Enthusiasts: Gardens & Land Restoration - Recipes | Arts | Entertainment Our Story & Goal: We bought a home on 3 acres of turf grass in Wisconsin back in 2016 and restored it into a nature sanctuary. In 2021, we sold it and bought 6 acres of land with dwellings in Florida in 2022. Since then, we've been in the process of restoring it back to a jungle paradise - lush landscape with edible fruiting plants & native & non-native beneficial wildlife plants, where there once was open field. Follow along as we build other fun property projects on this Florida sanctuary. We want to short-term rent out this Florida sanctuary & then continue restoring other new parcels into sanctuaries, to do the same with. With the loss of habitats through over-development, we need to come together to restore/create environments for all types of life to thrive. Whether it's large acreage or small neighborhood subdivision parcels, we can all make an impact to diversify and restore our communities.
