Hi! You are here now so you want to get fit and be healthy without putting too much strain on yourself. I’m Maria and I’d like to help you! Everybody wants us to suffer to achieve goals. It’s annoying. Like ‘No pain, no gain’. I’m pretty sure that sports can and should be fun. That’s why my workouts are challenging enough to get good results but they won’t push you over the edge. All exercises are balanced for optimal bpm depending on a training goal. Types of my workouts: HIIT cardio workouts, strength workouts, warm-ups, cool-downs, stretching, dance workouts. I post twice a week. Your opinion is very important to me so let me know what you think in the comments. Also, I’d like to talk about topics related to a healthy lifestyle. I know that positive way of thinking is very important in the process of getting fit. Love yourself! I’m sure you’re gonna kill it cause everybody can be fit!
