I am a clinical therapist who understands how tough life can be for people, especially right now. I started the channel in 2020 because I see people struggling every day and I want to help in what ever way I can. I often recommend meditation, deep breathing and guided visualizations as coping strategies to help with stress, depression or anxiety. I also know people are losing a lot of sleep with all of life's uncertainties. I am starting with simple videos that can aid with sleep and relaxation while I learn to fine tune the process. I hope to move into guided meditations as well as discussions about relevant topics. I know that we are all going to get through this together and I hope this channel can be a small contribution to helping others.
