I am just a man who created an audio vlog to hopefully help people are feeling depressed, suicidal, bullied or anxious about life. I started this hoping to create some sort of community for those who need or want help. I have many experiences in life that I'm sharing in hopes that someone can relate and make a positive change in their life and thoughts. People who are depressed or suicidal need to know that there is a better life out there and what they are experiencing is temporary. I hope my listening to my stories can bring perspective to your life.
