I’m a Multiple Sclerosis survivor, retired BSN, RN, healthcare educator, and wellness advocate sharing plant-based, anti-inflammatory meals and lifestyle strategies to support healing and strength.
After my MS diagnosis, I transformed my health through nutrition, fitness, and faith—losing over 150 pounds and reclaiming control of my body.
