Here at thepursuit, we want to get people to question what and why they believe what they do. Do these beliefs come from tradition, misperception, personal opinion, or the Word of God? We make no claim to know all the answers, nor do we hold the patent on truth.... but we do commit ourselves to pursuing the truth whether we like what we find or not. What we believe does not make something true or false, so it is of utmost importance that we line up our beliefs with what is true because no matter what we believe.... the truth stands alone. We as humans are born with the inherent knowledge that there is some higher being, and most have some formed idea or perception of who that higher being is based on personal experience through upbringing, environment, mentors or some other means of influence.
