I suffer from depression and anxiety, I choose not to let it stop me from anything. I do not take medication but I try to overcome my issues with positive reassurance. It's not easy at first, but it gets easier than putting myself down.
There's nothing wrong with sunshine, lollipops, rainbows and unicorns; and there's nothing wrong with finding the beauty in rain, dark days and sadness as well.
