When you hear the smooth and lush sounds of Alexie’s vocals, they are reminiscent of some of the biggest R&B artists we have heard. Born in Canada with Jamaican heritage, music is a natural part of Alexie’s DNA. Her passion for music began at age 3 through dance, piano, and vocal lessons. Alexie believes music deeply affects and heals the mind and soul. A university graduate, this passion steered her towards studying and earning a degree in Psychology. Alexie is preparing to release a lot more music in the upcoming months that she has taken time to craft. Her latest releases received great support as it caught the attention of multiple playlists curators and music directors which led to the single being added to regular rotation on Toronto’s syndicated Hip-hop and R&B commercial radio station Flow 98.7FM, VIBE 105 and SiriusXM.
