I Don't Even Own A Television was a podcast about godawful books. From 2014-2023 hosts J.W Friedman, Chris Collision and the occasional guest graced our ears every two weeks talking about bestselling slop, cash grabbing autobios, trashy (but entertaining) genre fic, and the occasional treatise of a self help guru. The hosts easy going rapport combined with various games, and the occasional discretion about a prog rock band that about ten people have heard of made the podcast a delight to listen to whether on the drive to work, preparing the day's meal, or going to bed. All things must end however, and in 2023 after 175 episodes, the podcast concluded and by 2024 its host website was offline leaving the existence of the podcast in doubt. In the spirit of digital preservation, I have re-uploaded the podcast's episodes so that both old, and new audiences may be able to listen to this podcast again. The podcast is still owned by its respective hosts, and I make no money from doing this.
