LA based interdisciplinary art duo HOUNDS. is a collaboration between producer Kyle Berzle (he/him) and designer and reative director Marly Hall (she/her). After years of making art for other people, the left-of-center Avant-pop duo took the synthy hooks and risky musicality of Berzle and the dark, cinematic aesthetic of Hall to create this indie, new age trip hop lovechild of the long-term partners. Together they talk openly about their mental health over infectious bangers in hopes of just feeling ok someday. Been described as "too quirky" and similar to bands like Phantogram, Portishead, and Billie Eilish. Their most recent release was described as "classic Massive Attack" and related it to Kayne's early work. Destigmatising healing and petting a dog near you soon!
