Kahiki is a skilled musician from Rarotonga, blending roots, rock, and reggae into soulful performances. Starting with electric guitar and heavy metal at 14 in Paris, he later shifted to acoustic guitar and studied Production at the American Music Institute. Mentored by Shannon Murray, Kahiki returned home to grow musically. Now a popular solo artist and band leader, he performs at weddings and venues across Rarotonga and Aitutaki. His style evokes Ben Harper and John Mayer, with heartfelt sets featuring acoustic, electric, and slide guitar. His debut album, No Man’s Plan, features original songs used in local ads.
