As an avid cyclist training for a full Ironman, I got tired of guessing what was true, so I went to the source: the actual sports-science research, not the stuff everyone just repeats.
On this channel, I break down what the research really shows about training and physiology, bike tech and gear, technique and skills, nutrition and fuelling, and recovery - all the things that help you get faster and stronger on the bike.
