Lyrical and conversational, our music traverses the lengths of acoustic jazz. Hailing from all corners of the United States, the three of us met at the Frost School of Music in Miami where we currently study. We formed Sound Underground in the fall of 2013 while living together - a natural evolution of our shared passion for artistic exploration. We still live together, strengthening the deep musical ties that ground our work in mutual respect and admiration. In the summer of 2014, Sound Underground released its self-titled debut album with a tour of Bulgaria and Serbia. We haven't stopped since.
