She is also the founder of Fresh Manna international Ministries Inc and Institute and also the founder of the women ministry called Women of Virtue International Ministries. Apostle Dwan received her Bachelor’s Degree in Non Profit Ministry and Biblical studies from Ohio Christian University and a Doctoral degree in Philosophy of Religious Studies from the Great Achievers International School of Theology, Valencia, Spain.
