I AM BACK ON YOUTUBE AFTER 7 YEARS! I started this channel right before the pandemic began. My goal has always been to build a community where I can use my 15+ years of experience as a professional chef to teach subscribers the basics of cooking so that YOU can be a rockstar chef at home. The pandemic forced me to pivot my career and I launched my previous company in October 2020. It took off (good news) and left me without enough time to shoot more videos for this channel. However, life kept leading me back to YouTube and now I am going ALL IN on YouTube in 2026 to see if teaching you how to cook can be my forever job! I want to hear from you what you want to learn, so please comment on any of my videos and I will do my best to incorporate it in a future video.
