Uzbekistan Art and Culture Development Foundation (ACDF), established in 2017, promotes Uzbek culture domestically and internationally, supporting initiatives across fine arts, architecture, literature, theatre, music, crafts, design, and dance. ACDF is the initiator of the Aral Cultural Summit — an international platform transforming the Aral Sea region through art, culture, and science, with a focus on social and environmental change. The Foundation supports the country's creative ecosystem and creates opportunities for professionals at local and international levels. Key projects include the WCCE (2024), Uzbekistan's participation in Expo 2025 in Osaka, the first Bukhara Biennial (2025), a Centre for Contemporary Arts in Tashkent (2026), a new National Museum designed by Tadao Ando, restoration of the Grand Duke Romanov Palace, and the Tashkent Modernism.
