Our Vision is to show the LOVE of the Lord in every area of Encounter Church, loving one another and our community. As Family, we believe our calling is to share the Gospel openly being transparent to all. As a ministry our mandate is to EQUIP God’s people to understand who they are and the calling they have been given by God. We will create a safe place for healing to be received and for an intimate rela-tionship to grow between each one of us and Jesus Christ. As a Church we believe it is important for people to be RELEASED into the calling and plans God has for them, to advance the kingdom of God not just in the town of Ilfracombe but for this Region and this Na-tion. Allowing the Holy Spirit to move in every area of our lives guiding us and positioning us all to where God calls us to stand.
