Alexander has a background as a multisport athlete, a former college baseball player turned professional golfer, and all around lover of sports and fitness. As a professional golfer, Alexander has experience in all levels of play, playing on the PGA Tour Canada (now Mackenzie Tour), various mini tours across the United States, and in Europe. Alexander has worked with many of golf’s top instructors covering a wide range of swing philosophies, short game techniques, and course management strategies. He is also dedicated to fitness, training to improve golf performance by developing functional movement, injury resilience and resistance, and speed development. Alexander teaches lessons and junior clinics in San Diego, California and Salt Lake City, Utah in a variety of settings. He prioritizes understanding how to blend movement, fitness, and creativity with the science of the game, all while having fun.
