Cutting department: - CAD-CAM systems of Lectra;- 14 cutters /automatic robots/;
Sewing department: special working places of Durkopp and Pfaff; ironing - Brisay; production line for trousers with automats Durkopp and Baisler as well as Eaton system. Finishing - Four production lines Brisay.
Capacity - 1300 suits/day

1. Made to measure production:
fast production term /10-14 days/;
big variety of high quality fabrics on stock /over 1000 art. of Vitale Barberis Canonico, Loro Cerruti,E. Thomas, Dormeuil/;
big variety of models.
2. MTO - Production of small quantities Ready to wear /20pcs, 30pcs , 50pcs../
-short production cycle - 2 wks
-no minimum quantity
3. Bulk production orders /2000, 3000, 5000,..../ with seasonal planing.
