Our young manufacturing company was founded in 2017. We initially started producing piston fillers for sausages in casings. However, our clients demanded equipment for casing-free meat snacks. Yet, our core principle is unwavering: service. Learning from our mistakes, we embarked on journeys to clients' production sites for bug-fixing. We extend gratitude to our initial clients for their patience; they propelled us to a new level. This journey led to the creation of the impeccable HydroShpriz RK50U model. Our engineering underwent a radical transformation. However, the customers at the IFFA2022 exhibition demanded more: automation. We responded by designing a fully automated system, managed by a single operator, capable of cutting from 120 to 900mm. The complete set includes a gear drive, a 200-liter stuffer with a 250 kg hydraulic loader + a two-level conveyor with a pneumatic knife + a robotic system for feeding trays onto the conveyor + a trolley turning system
