Hi! My name is Cory, and I am a yoga instructor based out of Baltimore, MD in the United States. I received my E-RYT 200 in late 2016, and have taught over 2000 classes in over three years as a full time instructor. I have a few hundred hours of additional advanced training in yogic philosophy, anatomy, and sequencing various formats, and have experience teaching Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, and Restorative yoga. I have coached a handful of 200 HR Teacher Training sessions, and lead other workshops for students and teachers alike as well. With the recent COVID-19 epidemic, the opportunity to host live-streaming yoga classes online has never been more relevant, and the need for it has never been more important.
