I am Dr Grace Sha - speaker, author and healthcare professional - passionate about burnout prevention and improving workplace culture. While writing my book 'Mental Wealth - How to Journey from Burnout to Abundance' (releasing 2024), I began sharing my story of overcoming many challenges in my life (including burnout) with those around me. During candid conversations, I realised many friends have similarly overcame difficult burnout experiences. My hope is by sharing lived experiences of inspiring friends, we can facilitate more conversations about burnout prevention. Experiencing challenging times is common, but character is built when you respond positively, see the blessings from your painful past, and use your learnings to help others.
